Anyone for Tortoises…?

Each of the riads has a private garden extensively planted with indigenous and tropical plants, grassed lawns and berjmat tiled patios with sunloungers and mozaic ‘zellige’ dining tables.

In addition there is a large communal garden with room for a game of boules or volleyball or to find a space to curl up with a book. There are also various garden and beach games including cricket and rounders.

Bordering the garden and surrounding the hammam is a walled olive garden which acts as a sanctuary for Rebali’s resident tortoises. If you are lucky you will also see our tame chameleon…

On the other side of the hammam is a tennis court and there are rackets and balls to borrow if you don’t want to bring your own.

Use of the communal garden and tennis court is free for guests.

Rebali Riads

Piste pour ID Mbarek, Sidi Kaouki, Morocco

Rebali is located in the village of Sidi Kaouki 10 miles south of Essaouira and 100 miles west of Marrakech and 70 miles north of Agadir. The easiest way to get there is to fly direct to Essaouira and then you are just 15 minutes from paradise! There are direct flights from London Stansted, Paris and Casablanca. You can also fly to Marrakech and we will arrange a driver to pick you up - it is around 2.5 - 3 hours. Agadir is the same distance but a longer journey. You can also come by bus to Essaouira and then a 25 minute taxi journey (£7).
