Terms & Conditions
All rates are for accommodation including breakfast for the maximum occupancy indicated.
- Prices valid until September 30, 2025 and subject to change.
- Prices based on UK Pounds. Prices in other currencies approximate.
- Minimum stay is 3 nights in peak season. If booking more than 4 rooms minimum stay is 3 nights at any time.
- Rooms will be ready for occupation by 3pm on the day of arrival and must vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- Airport transfers from Marrakech/Agadir from £120 for a couple and £135 for a family of 4 people each way.
- Airport transfers from Essaouira Airport £20 for a couple and £25 for a family of 4 people each way.
- Deposit of 25% to confirm a booking. Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival.
- Extras/breakages will be paid on departure. Extras include meals and spa treatments.
- Cancellations fees prior to arrival as percentage of total booking. Room bookings: 90+ days 0%, 90-30 days 25%, 30-0 days 100%. Villa Bookings: 180+ days 0%, 180-90 days 25%, 90-30 days 50%, 30-0 days 100%.
- All prices based on 2 people sharing a room.
- Additional bed in room at £40/€45 per night including breakfast. Children under 2 in cot are free.
- Offers and discounts cannot be combined.
- Rebali is a great place for families with children but for consideration of other guests, parties with children under 12 years must book a villa exclusively and may not reserve individual rooms in Riad Sila and Riad Valmar.
- There is a supplementary charge of between 2% and 3% for using credit cards. Please contact us for confirmation.
- Pool heating is available at Dar Mevada, Riad Sila and Dar Valmar for £40/€50 per day for a minimum of 3 days. We aim to achieve 26-28 degrees Celsius but the actual temperature achieved will depend on weather condition and length of time the heating is on. The cost includes a carbon offset contribution.
